No - I think this is a great thing to do. Barring mickey takes like this one, you can generally easily note the posts not worth reading. Thoroughly obviously bad punctuation (eg leekbrook's comma) or no punctuation, or the overuse of capitals (especially Bar Mars's system) provide textual markers to idiocy.
