Has anyone's bin been collected these last couple of weeks?

Ours was supposed to be done today and everyone put masses of rubbish out and the pavements are full of bin bags!

Has anyone else been collected this week?

Mine was collected yesterday. It's due to every thursday, but because of the snow last week it wasn't, but came as normal this week.

Yup, no problem in Shoreham. Wed morn as scheduled. Doubt they collected last week, but I didn't put stuff out anyway.

Yes in Seaford and last Friday when snow was still on ground , the electic truck used for recyclables arrived to collect our 3 boxes.

Mansfield's side roads and pavements are still under several inches of compacted snow, and they've only started to thaw today.

The bin men are also the ones who grit roads & pavements so were on snow duties last Thursday & Friday.

Accoring to the Council website (which is pretty informative), to save too much disruption, the binmen went back to normal work on monday and the plan was to carry on with usual collection days.

Those who missed out on Thursday/friday last week should have been cleared now.
