Probably, but then thankfully I don't know anyone who lives in BN1 who takes service from Virgin.

I read more threads on NSC about Virgin failure in BN1, BN2 etc.. than I read about BT service failures and yet the same people usually swear blind that Virgin service is the best. Funny old world!
