Hasnt that been the case for some time anyway? Blackburn were bankrolled to be champions and Manure have spent almost as much as the russian over the past few years.

i agree but as with blackburn the tittle was still up for grabs with around four teams competing. with manure at least its money the so called supporters/sponsors raise not just one man.

i believe the unlimited supply of money at chelsea's disposal has never been seen in england before and that alone will distroy the competiveness of the league. a monkey could manage chelsea.

the spending power of chelsea make clubs like aston villa, tottenham etc look like non-league clubs in comparison and unless they too can get some rich sugar daddy the league will surely suffer. in turn that means less sponsorship/tv money etc not only in the premier but also the fl. the plight of leeds will become only one of many
