Some people are just messed up on the database. For example my oldest son qualifies as an Uber fan because he had an unbroken season ticket history that easily pre-dates his birth (actually that was mine, but never mind) and was then on the database three times, which is great for those over-subscribed away games. The friends and family thing has been fixed broken, fixed, broken, fixed and his season ticket went to our old address, but currently everything is great and I am confidently expecting to see three sets of travel vouchers sent to the correct address this week.
