Leave it out I shower as soon as I wake up. Currently my sheets are smelling fresh though and i'm finding it a bit harder to sleep. It's probably all psychological.

My girlfriend gets suspicious when I wash the bedding. She thinks its only when I have shagged someone else. I point out that as shes only allowed to leave the house when I'm with her, I couldn't possibly have shagged anyone else in our bed. She seems reassured but also slightly troubled. Can't work it out.
