Of course, when I say "free", you have already paid for it through your licence fee. So why do the BBC feel they have the right to restrict it geographically so they can make money from Premium TV?

BBC Radio Wiltshire only broadcasted this online because their cut-off recording is on a timer! (It came on at 3pm!)

They have to restrict it due to the contract they signed! But I do agree it should be available through our licence fee.
