Free kicks!

When LuaLua and Harley aren't in the squad, who is our 'free kick on the edge of the box' expert? CMS took one in the first half against Cardiff (curled just over) but after he was (inevitably) substituted, Reyes took the one at the end - and it was dreadful!

Should the fact that Kaz has a much better shot on him and can take a wicked free-kick elevate him above Noone in terms of squad selection? I think so. He scored a cracker at Anfield, saved us a point against Millwall - and could have possibly won it for us the other night.

The touch to Reyes was just too short. If they do it, it must work in training, so what's the problem?

Maybe they don't do it in training as Reyes is too far down the pecking order for taking free kicks (LuaLua, Harley, CMS...)

Think reyes wanted to have a direct shot, but there was a lot of indecision, sure he has more technique to offer than that effort suggested. Happy for him to have another chance or two, but agree - none of this laying off malarkey unless it's kaz.

After watching Gonzo's the other night I reckon Brez should be given a go

Sent from my iPhone using the power of Greyskull

Would probably try to punch the ball into the net.

Seriously there was a lot of looking over to the bench and signs from Gus so would think it was Gus telling them what to do.

He did but was told not to by the bench, that is what caused the confusion, if he had just got on with it a mess would not have ensued

Maybe Navarro (was it Navs?) thought Reyes was left footed.
