I've just been reading about that brilliant FIFA press conference today, where the communications director said he wasn't qualified to talk about it. Of course he isn't, he's only the official spokesperson for the organisation that refused to use the technology.

Monsieur Maingot also with no irony used the word 'infotainment' for the big screens, another reason to see him as a bit of a ****.
