Does anyone use EZ Sniper or similar?
Looks handy but is it secure as they ask for your ebay user name & password?

I used to use lotsnipe and is was cool & never asked for my username or P/W. I would be VERY dubious about using anything that asks for those details.

How can it bid for you without knowing your username and password ?

i think you put in a maximum bid and it will snipe the auction if someone tops your bid up to what you have put as your maximum.
i also think it snipes right on the last second but not sure 100%

Thats right. Thats what I want to use it for as I can be away from a PC for days at a time.
I just wondered if it was above board as I dont want to find Im bidding on a shed load of stuff which I know nothing about etc.
OR if theres a better/cheaper one about.

I have used Auctionsniper and never had any problems.
