Hmmm, have a guess
Have there been any recent cost assessments with results that mirror the Tottenham experience?

Tottenham are set to save £40million on the cost of their new stadium, finance director Matthew Collecott has revealed.

Collecott told Bloomberg: "The stadium build cost has come down by about £40million because of a fall in the price of steel and cement

Interesting comment. Yes we have made a saving because of the falling price of steel, but I do not think it is anywhere near £40m, when you consider the overall cost isn't that much higher than that. There must be a huge amount of steel in that new Spurs stadium!
