I switched over to watch the luge yesterday just in time to see the British bloke promptly tip over on the 2nd corner and travel about 300 yards on his arse, before eventually coming to a stop. He clambered back on his sled and meekly pushed himself round the remainder of the course, trundling over the finish line about a minute behind everyone elses time.

I sighed and turned back to the Simpsons.

Could it be because the only place in GB where there is enough snow to take part in any of these sports happens to be in SCOTLAND. It's part of the reason no african nations compete.
