I was bored sitting at home.
So what's the best cure for boredom?
Head to Falmer (and other places) for another photo session.

To get you in the mood ready for Jack Straw Friday, I thought I'd take a few different shots.

First 5
2 from Ditchling Beacon
2 from Hollingbury
1 from Stanmer Park

And finally...

I was having a walk up the field on the other side of The Drove.
An elderly man said to go to the top of the hill and take to look down to Falmer village.
So I did.
Breathtaking.
Why on earth would anyone want to spoil that view with a dirty great stadium?

I just had to take a photo of it.
But for some inexplicable reason, all I got was this...

Fantastic hand shandy material as ever Everest. My aching plums can't take much more - I had to soothe them with a pack of Birds Eye frozen peas after your last batch of beauties and these have hit the spot yet again.

WOW!!!! :bowdown::bowdown:

These are fantastic. You should get bored more often, Everest!

I hope the club can organise some sort of exhibition later on with all the amazing photos we've had on here over the last few months.

Beautiful pics, bit too beautiful in some ways, as they really make it look like an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - as opposed to the ones showing the A27 and University buildings. I know some people who are still really unhappy about "the mess being made of the downs", but at least an iconic beautiful structure is going up. If you look at the effect it has on some of the distant views, it had to be special or they would have been right...
