Schoolruns finished at lunchtime for 6 weeks.
So what better way to celebrate than a trip to our future home?
Especially as I thought that JS would be on the inside today.

I'll leave out most of the usual angles, so here are the long shots + a few more.

2 from Ditchling Beacon
2 from Hollingbury

What is the last picture of?

The front of the south stand roof.
Those are for... I dunno really.
Maybe just safety barriers while they finish the roof?
The north stand has them too.

Forgot this pic.
Panoramic of the roadworks giving a wider angle of view from JS's.

Many thanks Ev. I really want to go on the hovercraft, they look fun, and I could sort of claim I had a hand in building the ground. Like you I again went there this afternoon, but alas with no camera, and came in from the Woodingdean side. The whole site has moved on so much in the last couple of weeks, and again I thank all the photographers that have spent their time and patience on what we see before us.

Why are they using a hovercraft when they can level the scree with a plank of wood ?

Sorry for lack of inside shots today Ev, but my man was uncontactable.
Hopefully next week.
Those first photos look like paintings?
Your superior camera takes stunning long distance pics.
1 more year! :amex:

I believe it's a temporary device for holding one end of the net which is being fitted to catch any bits of roof which may fall whilst it's being fitted in a month or two's time.
Please someone correct me if I'm wrong.
