A small update from yesterday (with camera)

Work continuing on the banking. In the last photo, the guys are dislodging all the loose stuff to get ready for the concrete blasting.

Are they "cladding"? the entire slope, or leaving the majority as open chalk?

It's existing that they're beginning to clear up the periphery areas.

I presume those bits were done yesterday. There was a cement mixer there at the time but no blasting was actually going on.
There is a reinforced mesh lining the bottom section which gives extra strength and something for the concrete to bind on to.

Rather dull I know, but has there been any work putting in drainage for the areas outside the stadium yet?

Trenches were dug, and blue and black pipes laid a few months ago.
Whether those were for drainage or not I'm not sure, but I would have thought so.
