I have read the earlier posts from people emailing the ticket office and not receiving a reply.
However, I did receive a reply albeit automatic on 27th August in relation to away tickets at Northampton next weekend. To date my credit card does not appear to have been debited nad no tickets have arrived.
I emailed again yesterday to see if I needed to resubmit my details but just got the standard automated reply, thanking me for my continued support.
Why has the club seemingly stopped the facility of booking tickets over the phone ? In the past I have frequently used this method for convenience as I live and work away from the Brighton area and cannot get to the ticket office in person, like many fellow supporters.
Finally, have I purchased 2 tickets or not ? Can someone let know ?
