There is an Italian place opposite the big hotel near the seafront that is pretty good, but sorry can't remember the name.

Sandwich on a park bench?
Packet of crisps on the bus?
Sausage roll while walking down the high street?

Just some of my favourites there.

There used to be a great Swiss Restuarant in Charminster Road. The fondue was fab and could get pretty sexy in an alcove... ha-hem.
