Does BT 1471 cost?

I'm confused here.

If I dial 1471 to get the number who called me last, I presume this part is free?

If I dial 1471 to get the number who called me last and then press 3 to return the call, is this the part you get charged for?

It all depends on who your service provider is, innit. If is not BT then BT will charge your separately.

Don't press 3 - just dial the number instead, once you've listened to what it is. Could be a scam to ring an 0900 number. Beware.

Or, let the buggers ring you back! It's what I do.

I Think Virgin charge a min of 16 pence if you dial the 3.
