Direct debits early

Beware direct debits gone out today went out 15th April so thought every 15th but went out again this morning I have 3 to bit of a shock

I was told it would be going out roughly around the 1st of each month so sounds about right
Are you sure it wasn't your deposit on the 15th mate or did you secure your ST's too long ago for it to have been that ?

The payments were meant to be 1st of each month. Most people got a letter saying the April one would be slightly delayed and go out on the 15th but thereafter it would be the 1st (or first working day after that) of each month.

April was a one off. Should go out on the 1st from now on.

No direct debit collected in April - just received a letter saying first payment would be 1 May and that is what happened.
