The club is currently celebrating its Centennial. Known as the "Eagles", Crystal Palace's traditional arch rivals are the "Seagulls", Brighton & Hove Albion, and the "Lions", Millwall.

The club has, over the years, adopted YMCA as its anthem. It is played at the start of all home matches, and at the end of them, if Palace win.
