I cannot believe that a club in the SPL could knock up a new structure as miserable as this. Doesn't it make you glad that we've got Falmer to look forward to?

It's not that bad. Attendances at SPL games are so low it makes sense. Look at Darlington. If we're only getting 7-8000 we're going to look pretty stupid.

St Mirren have the 11th highest average attendance in the SPL with around 4,500. Crowds in Scotland are feeble outside of Glasgow two.

Hearts, Hibs and Aberdeen average between 10 and 15k and the rest are all sub 10k per game.

15th highest average gate in Scotland is Greenock with just over 2000.

That looks alright to me, there are some pretty miserable grounds in Scotland, should be a big improvement on where they are now.

What is frightening is that we have to fill a 20K stadium, I know Charlie Oatway amongst others are doing an excellent job in local area's building our fan base!

The point I was making is that, putting aside for once concerns of finances and filling Falmer, we have an exciting, modern, iconic stadium to look forward to. Would you feel the same way if we were building 4 stands round a football pitch?
