Lord’s have banned Sussex mascot Sid The Shark from attending Saturday’s final but fear not, The Argus is providing Sid masks to be worn on the day.

Lord’s have banned Sussex mascot Sid The Shark from attending Saturday’s final but fear not, The Argus is providing Sid masks to be worn on the day.

Fans travelling by train to London from Brighton and Hove stations and on supporters’ coaches will get a goodie bag which includes a Sid mask, plus a copy of The Argus and our eight-page Friends Provident Trophy final special.

Look out for the masks outside Lord’s as well and make sure you wear one and show your support for Sid and Michael Yardy’s men on the big day.

If Pothas does play, he doesn't like fast short bowling. Expect Luke Wright to give him a few sniffs of rapidly ascending leather - the treatment that sorted Graham Napier the other week.
