I just tried corned beef in a WRAP today, and I have to say it was bloody lovely. Shredded lettuce and a bit of mustard.

Of course there's plenty of sandwichwes which are BETTER.

But as a quick and easy option to knock together swiftly with minimal fuss, the old CB does the trick. Unless you have to fanny about with the tin, but then I always buy it ready sliced from the deli, because I'm an englishman.

Corned beef and Crosse and Blackwell Branston pickle (small chunks). Any other combination is simply wrong. I usually go for Libby's corned beef and have taken to using a tin opener as the effing key always breaks. One of life's real cruelties.

Absolutley, far too much water content. Soggy bread is not sexy, which is why I also refrain from puting tomatoes between slices
