Forcing my step-daughter to eat at least one sprout on Christmas Day, in response to which I am forced to eat one roast parsnip.

Christmas Dinner with the family - big turkey, a leg for me and a leg for my dad, chestnut stuffing, roast pototoes, roast parsnips, roast squash, leeks in cheese sauce, mashed carrot and swede (not keen on the peas and sprouts though) and lashings of gravey

Birds in the office spending most of the morning tarting themselves up for the afternoon/evening Christmas do, then being pissed by about 4pm.
