I am thinking of buying a basic cheap camcorder. My brother and sister in law have one they bought from Tesco Direct it is Vivastar and only cost £69.99 but it can film underwater the only drawback is that it does not record very well at night or in poor light. Does anybody know of a cheapish one that can record in the evening or poor light so in fact has its own in built light.
