No, but it certainly will help. The team is bound to have peaks and troughs. Confidence is the key and I am positive Chappers can inspire the team and give them the lift they need.

Tend to agree. I think the same people who are cheering his appointment are the same ones who wanted Stewart Pearce as England manager. Great player, legend, etc etc etc but patently not up to the job. Hopefully Chapman will be better, but it's a bit worrying that he hasn't risen any higher than Whitehawk.
