The chamions league is now an absolute joke. When a team like Liverpool are european champions, These money grabbing gits need to be shown make the chamions leage for the champions only once again.

I don't see how Liverpool's form this season 'cheapens' the Champions League - that happened a long time ago when it ceased to be a competition for Champions.

Liverpool won the competition last season with victories over some pretty good sides and are going well this season.

The real 'joke' in this is the players' attitude (Gerrard and Carragher excepted).

Why can't these foreign BASTARDS get it into their heads that EVERY game matters to the fans, whether you are playing AC Milan or Barnet.

I'm sure the Liverpool players got into their private jet last night and flew back to their homes and were safely tucked up in bed before most of the fans had got past Birmingham.

And Rapha Benitez - why couldn't you have come out last night and say "yes, fair comment, we were SHIT" instead of spouting a load of drivel about how many chances were created.

Who should not be in this seasons competition anyway. UEFA broke their own rules. Lets face it they didnt think that a winner of their competition would be the FIFTH best team in their domestic league.

They also got to the final with two nil nil draws home and away. Oh yes the 'scored' a goal that never was like West Ham did.

Plus they have had no decent strikers apart from Fowler or Owen in the last 15 years.
