Car park steward

First what a great performance by the players.
However when we boarded the bus to go back to race hill and left the car park we were prevented from leaviing for 20 minutes to let buses to all other destinaions leave. The Steward seemed incapable of looking behind him or just refused to do so was he just deaf or totally stupid
Must be better managed in future

JCL, there's always a big queue trying to leave and they let the buses out first before allowing anyone else to move

The special buses were boarding, so the P&R buses couldn't swing round and had to join the queue of cars. A bit of an error given that special buses filled up and moved on after 5 mins!

An older hippy woman on our bus slagged the driver off and demanded to be let off the bus......I don't know, a great afternoon outperforming the European Champions and some people still aren't happy!!!

Not the first time this has happened to the Race Hill buses. You would think the management would have sorted this by now. What is it about the Bus coach site? There are loads of stewards but all seem to be independent of each other with no one in overall control to make alterations when problems occur. About time too that the stewards at the bottom of the stairs were given megaphones so that they do not have to shout at the top of their voices. Perhaps we might see the new CEO inspect the post match arrangements. Never saw Ken Brown there once. Delegation is all very well but walk about management has its place for Senior Executives.
