Count yourselves lucky. At work from 2:00 our server went down and the guy who is Computer Support Officer (CSO) had left early. I cover normally cover for him when he's off but did not know he'd left. Only found out at almost 2:30.

Left to me to get the fault reported and after lots of calls and running around help desk and I managed to get it back up at about 3:30.

Not a fun afternoon.
