It's at this time in the season when i experience the optimism that comes with being a lifelong Brighton fan. For some reason (call it madness if you will!) my expectations for the coming season are always high, and this year is no different (no i'm not drunk - yet!)

Can we stay up and consolidate our Div 1 status (i ask myself!), and the answer is yes, "yes the Seagulls will soar!"

Am i being over confident!!??
