Must admit i still cannot get around the direction of flight

It just looks cheap, the kind of thing your average primary school child could have knocked up (admittedly that can also be said for the current one).

We've got a stunning, state of the art new stadium, and a badge that just looks out of date and knocked up in 10 mins on a tea break somewhere.

It probably cost 20k to design it as well.

Does the poll mean Keep the Current Seagull? Or Welcome the New Seagull?

And what is "The Brighton and Hove Town Crest"?

This one - approved in 1997?

Or the former badge that was used by the Club in the centenary year (which incorporated the former crests of the two towns of Hove and Brighton)?

The new badge cost a fortune and is underwhelming, sadly. Think there are a few on here who could've done a better, cheaper job. The direction of flight's been changed to indicate a Seagull flying into the future, rather than look into the past, apparently.

the simple badges are the best though.

for example - QPR's old badge was great. The new one however (which is 'fancier') looks awful.

I agree as far as QPRs one goes, but I'm afraid I still think our new one looks cheap and half-hearted.

Not to mention the Hollister pay off

Either would be a vast improvement on the current cheap looking seagull, the town crest or shield adds a touch of class to the kit imho.
