It's pronounced like "tar tars". Nothing to do with the central Asian ethnic group.

I also like "lungs", which I believe is commonly used in northern Ireland.

I like BAPS too, but for me, the only refer to titties which actually slightly resemble the floury baked item, i.e. big and round ones.
