Looking at the argue pic, is that the Seagulls Cafe?

Numerous side roads around the area of the cafe in question have been blocked off with police everywhere.

I drove past 2 fire engines at just after midnight last night outside this cafe and wondered what all the fuss was about.

Even my road nearby was blocked off from people trying to enter.
