Albion (8th) take on Birmingham City (20th) weather permitting at St Andrews on Saturday. The Seagulls will be looking to avenge the 1-0 home defeat in September at The Amex.
Our record against City is poor, no wins in the last 7 meetings between the sides. The teams haven't met many times over the years, with Albion being victorious on 6 occasions, City 9 times & 8 draws. Albion have only ever won once at St Andrews, a 2-1 victory in 1989 (our last win against The Blues).
A win for the Albion and we could climb to 6th, defeat could push us down to 11th.
After 27 league games last season, we were on 41 points compared to 40 points currently. A win would do nicely to keep us ahead of last season.
Albion's recent away form is 8th in the league, won 2, drawn 3 lost 1 averaging 1.5 points a game, whilst Birmingham's home form is 14th, with 2 wins, draws & defeats and averaging 1.17 points.
Well played to the 24 who correctly predicted the 2-1 home win against Derby.
