Just recently come back from Prague, has to be said Staropramen is the best beer I've drunk for a long long time. And cheap, 60p a pint, well 50cl. Also, could drink as much as I liked without hangover or bloated belly.
Don't think I'll look at another pint of Stella in the same way.

Think it depends on the time and place

- big bottle of Kingfisher shared between two in Goa
- wee can of Singha in Thailand
- pint glass of Harveys Best on match-days
- big can of Stella on the beach or at a bonfire

These are a few of my favourite things

Can of wee is one of your favourite things? No time or place for that. :p

Best beer I've had this year is Harveys Old, it seems to get better and better.

Harveys is a ridiculously nice beer, my first pint once I got back from uni at christmas made me realise just how good it is.

Either Harveys doesn't travel, the Porterhouse sold me the gunk scraped off the inside of the toilet cistern, or you lot are all clinically insane....

Because what I got claiming to be Harveys over here was RANKLY disgusting.

Nice and simple Harveys Pale Ale. Always hits the spot, every time.

But if I'm having to go for lager then it'd have to be bottled Corona or Sol from Mexico.

But a special mention must also go to Cristal beer which I thought was a lovely refreshing drop of lager for in the sun but sadly you'll be hard pushed to find it outside of its native Cuba
