Bennetts Field car park

Hi insider - are any changes being planned to the arrangements in bennetts field car park after the game on Saturday. As many people have reported it was a free for all while the stewards looked on. Took us an hour to get out after the gillingham game. Would have been a bit better if we had known the times when the car park was open for exiting traffic and we could then have had a drink. However the bar in the 1901 club lounge closed at least half an hour before the car park was opened to exiting traffic. May be worth publishing the exit times and ensuring the bars are kept open until after that time. Would also be a good idea for the stewards to direct the exiting traffic. There surely must be a better system. Only took 20 minutes extra to get back from fratton park on Saturday!

The Bennett's Field Car Park does not open until the external concourse and bus park is cleared (approx 30-40 minutes after the game). Concourses are open until 6.30pm, with North Stand open until 8pm.
