A thread of words or phrases you'd like to see removed from life, either because they are misused, overused, hopelessly cliched, or any other good reason.

I'd like to start the ball rolling with 'MEDIA CIRCUS', banned until such time as you do see all the TV reporters outside some Portuguese police station wearing silly trousers, a red plastic nose and long rubber shoes and juggling some skittles.
