Having gone online and chosen three North Stand tickets today I will be charged £86 for those three tickets £28 x 3 plus a £2 Fee.

My three NS tickets purchased through the Auto Cup scheme cost £30 each so £28 + £2 PER Ticket.

Surely this is wrong to charge extra for those who enrolled in the scheme. I will certainly be coming out of this scheme next season if this is correct in what is obviously is a scheme design to fleece the fans.

This is a system glitch, we are working with our online ticket providers to overcome this so that one booking fee is charged per transaction. In the meantime, in relation to the Newcastle game, we are happy to credit e-cash to those who have been charged multiple fees. Please contact the Albion ticket office with details of purchase and they will arrange.
