Turning up to watch a team way inferior to us. Beating them 5-0 -what would we take home from that game?

Can we now realistically hope to compete as a premiership team without a billionaire benefactor?

The gap, imho, is now too wide.

Who would vote for the Nationwide to be set adrift from the Premiership. That way we have an attainable target which would be a an almighty challenge and would be someting to cheer about.

If Chelsea are going to be allowed to buy the title it is the thin end of the wedge as far as I am concerned. Perhaps in seasons to come the corporate advisors of Chelski Arsenal and Man U could agree who will win the championship in August by measuring balance sheet strength!!

Doh!!!
