45 minute first half is far too long. There's dozens of lardasses at H Block who seem to only be able to last half an hour tops before being so wracked with agonising pangs of hunger that they got to abandon watching the game they just paid twenty quid to see so they can beat the half-time rush at the burger van. Mmmm yummy, eh? Never could understand that one. It'd be a bit like going to see Oasis at the Brighton Centre then nipping out for a pint during Wonderwall cos it's easier to get served at the bar :dunce:

If you leave the first half just before the end then you can watch the end of the half from the touchline, get to the burger van and not queue for very long and get back in time for the second half...otherwise you get to see the end of the first half but miss the first few minutes of the second half because you're still stuck in the queue at the burger van.

Given that the ball is only in play for roughly 60 minutes out of the 90, we'd be there all feckin night if they stopped the clock every time the ball went out of play.

And I'm wet enough in the South stand over ninety minutes thank you very much
