I suspect it doesn't make pretty reading!

Not that Brighton & Hove Albion would as we will merely be tenants of the stadium.

Little Al - It states that the Freehold of the stadium is available, but am I right in thinking that it would be a seperate purpose from a different company/administrator and there is no guarantee that you would be able to purchase both?

That is correct. The freehold is controlled by Pricewaterhousecoopers who are administrators for the landlord.

Thanks. 'Purpose' was meant to read 'purchase', but you understood!

I guess it would work be favourable for all parties if they are sold to the same party - assuming you don't end up with a crook! Has there been dialogue between the two administrators?

PWC could take the ground off us at any time.

Wouldn't do them much good though, not without planning permission. All it would do is leave with something that would give them no revenue.
