Any other URL's for accessing NSC ?

I won't bore you with the details, but there are only certain URL's that I can use at work to access NSC, and one of them isn't working any more. Which means I have to log into an older system which still allows the www.northstandchat.biz address, but is a complete pain in the ARSE to sign into.

Previously I've used http:/85.234.132.19/ but this now comes up with "page not found"

I've also used http:/10.50.10.34/ but that doesn't want to know any more now either.


Are there any other "sneaky" url's for accessing the greatest messageboard in the history of the internet ?

Have you tried an Anonymizer site?

Loads on this site and unless your IT department blocks them you should be able to get on any sites with them.

Thats the one that was working for me last week, but now comes up with the 'page not found' bollocks.

Maybe someones on to me. But I am indispensible here, so I have no concerns.

I have found a loop round ours in that if you acecess NSC using IE it is picked up by our proxy and therefore websensed but if I access via firefox it is fine, not sure if it will be the same with yours but surely worth a go.

Nice idea tinx, but unfortunately I can't download and install anything here. I use Firefox at home (as it clearly pisses on IE), but I don't have that option here.
