The one at Sussex Country hospital used to, about a year ago, but don't know now. Doubt it very much. You're lucky if you can find one that doles out tenners nowadays.

i know hsbc used to, you had to select the option for other amount then type in £5.00.
Dont know if they still do but when i worked for them they did.

Cashback goes up in multiples of FIVE so a fiver would be allowed for a purchase as small as 20p

Asda and Netto's minimum is £10; I think Tescos is as well. Why doesn't he just present his card or cheque book inside a bank branch and ask for £9 or whatever the balance is?
