All the Zaha stuff [Merged]

Palace fans are hiding their heads in the sand that Smellhurst needs £6M to £8M spent on remedial works to avoid the stadium being condemned in the near future.

Did you know that the entire Arthur Waite stand has only got a safety certificate for another 18 months, after that they will have to close it, completely.

Is that the stand where even the rats have deserted it because it is submerged under 2 inches of piss ?

pure envy drives the Zaha threads on here
:lolol: if he's leaving, why would we be envious? You'll get some money to pay off your losses, whereas we're bringing in more money than you every year

No , it is blatantly obvious from the decay and disrepair , so will CPFC2010 call in cowboy builders after they put in the cheapest quote ?

To be fair, they've so much spare seating, they may as well just close it and save on staffing costs.

The bookies say Crystal Palace's Wilfried Zaha is now 1-16 to join Manchester United this month.

That basically means there is more chance of hell freezing over than United not signing him.

CPFC2010 say he's staying. It's been pointed out that only the deluded don't believe their every word. :lolol:

They say they have "absolutely no plans to sell any first team players in January".

As usual, if they offer a price that we deem fair (£15m+) he could well leave. We'll have him back for the rest of the season, we'll spend a couple of million on players in January, and we'll get promoted anyway.

This whole situation is a win/win for us. We have no need to sell whatsoever, so we can charge what we want for him.

We'll get some money to pay off our losses to CPFC2010, then add several million quid to our transfer budget and be completely debt free, not owing anything to anyone.

Strange that you're bringing in more money every year, and yet losing twice as much.

In all honest, do you expect him to be loaned back if somebody spends £15m? I think if they are only gonna pay £7m or £8m you might get him back but £15m?

He will be off and the fee wont be £15m, he is off form at the moment and will be best for Palace when he goes, his mind is currently in the North of England, not at Smellhurst.

Not really, they never like to take bets on things like this as someone's always in the know. What would prove your point is if they offered 15-1 on him staying at Palace.

They should agree a price and then pay 1p in the pound.

Disgrace that Palace are in the position they're in after f***ing over HMRC.

If the fee isn't £15m he won't be off. Why, in the face of all the evidence, do you continue to deny that?

A loan-back will be included in any deal for him to leave, apparently.
