Albion Predictions for 2009

Time to get all Mystic Meg, boys and girls. What do you foretell 2009 holds in store for the Albion and it's faithful followers?

My predictions are:

1. We will finish between 15th and 21st
2. Micky Adams will still be manager at the end of the season.
3. Withdean will continue to be a souless shitehole presided over by people who think the Highbury Library was the model for all sporting arena.
4. The club will announce that they are confident that we will be at Falmer for the start of the 2012-13 season.

We will go on a massive winning streak sneaking a TOP 4 place following an amazing 17 wins from our remaining 23.

1. We will finish 14th and it will be deemed a success because of a win at Wembley

2. We will make EIGHT signings during the rest of the season

3. Murray will score 24 goals in all competitions

4. Withdean will see a record low for a league game

2. Despite there being 30-40,000 empty seats at Wembley getting a ticket will result in some fans moaning at the club.
3. We will finish lower mid table
4. There will be a Falmer delay.
5. Adams will still be in charge this time next season and we will be in the play off hunt.

DK announces he will step down after the 1st season at Falmer and become Life President of the club.

Muzza and Fozzy enjoy a 40 goal partnership for the 2008/9 season.

We will finish between 15th and 18th, we will win the JPT (on penalties), the season will be declared a success. That much is obvious.

We will finish 11th, after signing a striker in January who scores ten goals in the second half of the season.

Adams will stay.

By Christmas we will be in the top six.

There will be a six month delay in starting the actual building of the stadium due to lack of funding (but another reason will be given), however the funding and work will be in place before the end of 2009, and as the timetable had slack built into it for this the stadium opening will still be on track.

We will win the JPT.

Adam Virgo will start a match in goal.

Zamora will be picked in an England squad.

Oh and Margarter Thatcher will sadly pass away three days before her birthday on October 12th, oh sorry this is a Brighton thread isn't it.
