Brighton boss hit with FA charge

Adams has until 7 November to respond to the FA's charge

Brighton manager Micky Adams has been charged with improper conduct by the Football Association.

The charge relates to the Seagulls' goalless draw at Peterborough United earlier this month.

Adams, who became Brighton manager for the second time in May, has until 7 November to respond to the charge.

Brighton are currently 15th in League One after winning for the first time in the league since August on Tuesday, beating Leicester City 3-2.

The argus says it was because of his reaction to 8 minutes time-allowed being given at the end of the match.

I think it was made worse by the fact the 4th official was from Peterborough or something like that.

a regular occurence, especially for evening games - ashley slaughter has been fourth official at withdean on more than one occasion, and he lives just off carden avenue!

I heard they are looking at a charge of bringing the game into disrepute for some of his tactics earlier in the season.
