Funnily enough, I was reminiscing about him in the pub yesterday with a Dunfermline-supporting mate - had no idea this was being mooted when we were discussing him. He's a bona fide legend at the Pars after spending a year on loan from Liverpool when he was a teenager. Played a major part in getting them to the Scottish Cup final in 2007. Cracking player, but got the impression from Gus's comments on the Noone departure that he wasn't looking for another out-and-out winger (which Hammill certainly is).
