I went to last year's play-off between Bournemouth and Lincoln.

By car routes to parking are very well signposted though they tend to take via industrial sites on the outskirts of the city. Getting away afterwards will be a nightmare so take a flask and warm blanket

Pubs loads in the city centre to choose from. We found the Owain Glyndwr (map) about 10 minutes walk from the stadium (in that big space above Park Street on the map) had good beers and excellent grub. Colours allowed and a great pre-match atmosphere.

The stadium go for the middle tier, that has the best view but the biggest price tag. There'll be some "singing sections" nominated behind the goals but in truth every fucker sings in that place. Do not go front of lower tier, you'll be very low down and don't go for the back of the lower tier as you'll be under the 2nd tier and cut off from the atmosphere - middle-lower is fine. Upper tier for mountain goats only.

Bon voyage :)
