£93 Million

Hi Paul-we keep reading of the '£93 Million Stadium' being built. I seem to recall reading somewhere that the actual construction cost is much lower than that and the 93 Million is made up of stadium costs + other loans of around 18M. Without breaking any confidentiality what is the actual stadium cost-on its own?

The construction contract was for £66m, the other £27m is land costs; planning; furniture, fixtures and equipment; consultants fees etc.
