surely isnt it a breach of the trade description act?

when i last went..it was about over 1hr and a half of either 90s or even modern chart hits.

fair enough play the occasional modern song but it was just stupid.

certainly not going again

Everywhere
same as the 90's night in there, good laugh but they don't play enough of the better music from the decade.

I Like the beach the 80s night in there has turned very shit in the last year but its still a much nicer place to go than the other slums such as the evnt creation etc! and its more relaxed than the honey full of dickheads :drink:

yeah when i went in october/november last year...it was actually an 80s night.

i dont like current pop but i understand alot of people like it, yet why play it on a night advertised as an 80s night, thats the only thing that gets me.

I point-blank refused to play a song from 2000 when it was requested four times when I was playing a Monday Night Nineties set... would you prefer that level of control ;)

Yes!:lolol:

a DJ I know is like that, and he'll get angry if people request 70s/90s stuff.

Then again...it doesn't take much to get him angry

well I expected them to go "who?" when I asked for Cars by Gary Numan at the beach.

Living on a Prayer is a great closer to any 80s night!
